Whats Your Fix?

A chiropractic adjustment, also known as chiropractic manipulation, manual manipulation, or spinal manipulation, is a common therapeutic treatment for back pain. Research studies have proven the use of chiropractic care ensures better pain relief outcomes.

Massage Therapy

Manual manipulation of soft body tissues (muscle, connective tissue, tendons and ligaments) by a licensed professional to enhance health, control pain levels, and overall achieve mental well-being.

Therapeutic Exercise & Rehabilitation

Proper movement, posture, and gait is knowingly causing a majority of society’s ongoing issues. Restoring biomechanics simplifies the process in assuring long term solutions.

Cupping Therapy

Cupping, an ancient form of alternative medicine, uses suction cups on the skin for various purposes, including pain relief, inflammation reduction, improved blood flow, relaxation, and deep-tissue massage.

Cold Plunge

Embrace the chills of the cold plunge: A bracing ritual to awaken your senses, boost circulation, and revitalize your body and mind.

Infrared Sauna

Indulge in the timeless tradition of sauna: immerse yourself in waves of relaxing heat, promote detoxification, and embrace total mind-body rejuvenation.

Dry Needling

A technique used for the treatment of pain and movement impairments. The technique uses a “dry“needle, one without medication or injection, inserted through the skin into areas of the muscle that are in spasm and tend to hold trigger points and adhesions.

Graston / Scraping

A form of manual therapy known as soft-tissue instrument-assisted mobilization. It is one of a number of manual therapy approaches that uses instruments with a specialized form of massage/scraping the skin gently.
